Loved the Crossley Hotel, my travel agent suggested it and he was so on the money in regards to location, service and value. I would definitely be back at the Crossley soon and would recommend anyone to give it a go!!
Great place, lovely staff and convenient location (right at start of China Town - yummy) Breakfast was great and heaps of everything. Have already booked again for or next Melbourne visit in May. Thank you.
My wife and I have just returned to Perth from five nights at the Crossley. The hotel was excellent; a real oasis in the Melbourne desert. Everything was spotlessly clean, the room was bright and very comfortable, the continental breakfast was all you could want and the staff were always friendly and helpful.here were other little things which added to the stay; for instance the availability of an internet service and the reading den where the daily papers were supplied. We will certainly stay at the Crossley on our next visit to Melbourne, no question.

Great place to stay. Staff are helpful and always pleasant. An easy place to stay close to everything.
Stayed at The Crossley this weekend. Had the 2 br suite. Very spacious, ensuite in each room. Powder room downstairs for convenience. Kitchen was again, spacious and well appointed. mini bar was a bit too "mini" though. Balcony in main br was excellent with a great view of Chinatown. Staff were nice and helpful, in particular the breakfast room staff were engaging and genuinely happy. Breakfast was fine, but could have a LOT more choices when paying extra for the hot breakfast. I was happy with the price and would definately stay there again if going to a show or a night out in Chinatown.

My friend Michelle and I stayed at the crossley over the weekend enjoying our girls shopping weekend. Just wanted to say thank you for your hospitality, the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great there too. Great value for money and the rooms were very modern, neat and tidy. Now we are planning our next girls shopping weekend.
