Terms and Conditions
- Guarantee only applies to rates purchased or seen on www.crossleyhotel.com.au.
- Claims must be submitted prior to or within 24 hours after making a reservation through www.crossleyhotel.com.au, and at least 24 hours prior to check-in (2pm the day of arrival).
- For the lower rate to be valid it must be of an equivalent offer i.e the same dates, the same number of guests, the same room type, the same inclusions and not be the result of taxes or currency conversion.
- The guarantee does not apply to unpublished or negotiated rates – unpublished rates include those requiring a membership, or unique code, and those which state upon request and do not offer immediate confirmation or do not provide the name of the hotel until after the reservation has been made.
- The guarantee also does not apply to package rates, where transportation such as airfare is included.
- Crossley Hotel is not responsible for any fees associated with canceling a reservation made through a different channel.
- If Crossley Hotel can not verify the claim made regarding a lower rate at the time, then it may be declined.
- Crossley Hotel reserves the right to terminate this offer at any time without notice.
